PETsMART Adopt-A-Thon
Each year between 10 and 15 million pets are abandoned in the United States. Of those homeless pets, more than 4 million are euthanized simply because they do not have homes. On the weekend of September 10 – 12, we have been given the opportunity to help homeless pets find new homes. Heart of America Humane Society will be participating in the PETsMART "Second Chance for Love" Fall Adoption Event the weekend of September 10 - 12. That weekend we will be holding adoptions at two locations with extended hours.
Adopt-A-Thon Overland Park Location | ||
| Dog and Cat Adoptions: Friday, September 10th - 5pm to 9pm Saturday, September 11th - 11am to 4pm Sunday, September 12th - 12pm to 3pm Cats are also housed at the store and available during the week by contacting the foster parent listed on the cage. |
